A Trumbull woman is facing several charges after police say she stole over $78,000 from a dentist office.

Fairfield police say Barbara Economovich, 29, of Trumbull, made hundreds of unauthorized refund transactions from Southport Family Dental over a two-year period.

Economovich was also deemed by police to have unlawfully entered the business after hours.

Economovich has been charged with burglary and larceny, among other crimes.
