Three News 12 volunteers are taking on a different wellness path with help and guidance from experts in the health and fitness field. One will work with a personal trainer, one will work with a registered dietitian and one will use a fitness app. The challenge will not only reset their health and wellness goals, but help them to shed a few pounds.
