Taylor Farms de Mexico is voluntarily removing all iceberg lettuce sourced from central Mexico from the U.S. because of potential Cyclospora contamination.
The company says that consumers who have purchased the recalled iceberg lettuce should discard it immediately and not consume it.
Full refunds are also available at the location of the purchase, the company stated.
Consumers experiencing health issues should contact their physician.
The company says that any questions should be directed to their customer care team at 855-455-0098 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
The company has stopped receiving product from the implicated lot and suspended distribution of the iceberg lettuce from central Mexico.
The shredded iceberg product was distributed June 29 through July 16 in various states, including New Jersey and Connecticut.
