A search for a missing person has ended with the discovery of a body at Lovers Leap State Park, according to Connecticut DEEP Environmental Conservation Police.

Authorities say there is no indication of criminal intent and no danger to the public.

Lovers Leap State Park remains closed until further notice.

Officials say the circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
