In wake of the tragic passing of Bridgeport firefighter Terrence Cramer, the Wakeman Boys & Girls Club in Bridgeport hosted a celebratory first responder complimentary breakfast.
The event brought together firefighters, police officers and 911 operators to connect with youth and allow them to better bond with important members of their community.
Event organizers explained the event allowed young people to reach out to first responders, including firefighters and EMS workers to learn more about their professions.
