There's a new way to help stop opioid deaths in Trumbull.
Five free cabinets with naloxone were installed across the town.
Naloxone, commonly known by the brand name Narcan, is an emergency medicine used to quickly reverse an opioid overdose.
They are located at the Trumbull Police Department, both its libraries and Vaugh Family Dentistry on Corporate Drive.
Trumbull partnered with Catalyst Connecticut to get the money for the cabinets.
