St. Francis of Assisi in Weston hosted a charitable children's event to Spread the Love - just in time for Valentine's Day.

Preschoolers put together fruit baskets for first responders.

The baskets were donated to the police and fire department in Weston to show their appreciation.

The children handed out the fruit baskets, and the first responders were very appreciative. 

The goal of Spread the Love is to teach even the youngest members in the community the importance of gratitude and service and to recognize those who help keep the community safe each day.
