Bridgeport police are investigating the stabbing of a 31-year-old man Sunday.

Police say the victim was found bleeding inside a car Sunday afternoon on Pulaski Street after reportedly driving through the East Side minutes earlier.

Just before 4:30 p.m., police were flagged down by a passerby who reported a man bleeding in a vehicle.

The victim was taken by ambulance to Bridgeport Hospital, where he was treated for multiple stab wounds.

He is listed in critical but stable condition and is expected to survive.
