Ingredients:
1 SRF London broil
1 oz garlic (fine chop)
2 oz. teriyaki glaze
1 tbs. salt
Pinch black pepper (Ground)
1 yellow pepper (Sliced)
1 red pepper (Sliced)
1 orange pepper (Sliced)
1 Spanish onion (Sliced)
3 tbs. oil
Instructions:
Season the London broil with salt and pepper.
Grill the steak to form grill marks on both sides of the steak.
Place the London broil onto a papered sheet tray.
Rub the chopped garlic and the teriyaki sauce onto the steak.
Place the steak into a 350⁰ oven for five minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool.
While steak is cooling, place the oil peppers and onions into a sauté pan.
Sauté the peppers and onions until some color forms.
Slice the steak thinly against the grain and serve over the sauteed peppers and onions.
