A new report released Monday found misuse of state vehicles by staff in the governor's office.
The report singled out former Gov. Ned Lamont's chief of staff John Dach for using a state car for personal business.
It also cited lax oversight that made it impossible to track who used the vehicle and when, including multiple instances of driving over 100 mph.
The findings call for Dach to repay the state $3,480 for the misuse.
