Luis Morales was sentenced Wednesday to 63 years in prison for the 2021 fatal shooting of Clinton Taylor at a Bridgeport grocery store -- a crime described by police as a "textbook example of overkill."

Morales shot Taylor 10 times at close range, according to officials.
