FORECAST:
It’s a brighter start to the day with mild temps and a bit of that muggy feel hanging around this Thursday morning. Later today, a cold front will roll through, and that’s going to bring in some drier, cooler air just in time for Friday. Before that refreshing air arrives, we could see a few isolated strong to severe storms pop up mainly between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Keep an eye out for gusty winds and possibly some large hail with those.
The good news? Independence Day on Friday is looking fantastic with lower humidity and very comfortable weather. As we head into the weekend, though, things start to heat back up.
By Sunday, we’re talking upper-80s, and it’ll feel more like the 90s again. Rain chances stay low until next week, so enjoy the sunshine while it lasts!
