A man previously arrested in connection with a homicide at a local motel has now been charged with murder, according to police.

Moises Candollo-Urbaneja was arraigned Tuesday on charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the shooting death of Angel Samaniego.

Samaniego was found dead last October at the Super 8 motel with his hands and feet bound with duct tape. The prosecution described the killing as "nothing short of an execution."
