On-and-off rain showers and even a few thunderstorms will be popping up from time to time this week.

A backdoor cold front will be slowly dropping down from the north as a broad area of lower pressure will be taking shape to our south.

Some heavier and steadier rain is likely Wednesday and into Thursday.

With a change in the wind direction for Tuesday and Wednesday, temperatures will cool slightly, as marine air moves back in.

Temperatures will recover and really warm up over the weekend.
