A Darien High School teacher was accused of inappropriate behavior with a student. 

Police say the incident happened in November with teacher Sean Boardman during a pre-school math review session.  

Boardman was arrested and released after posting a court-set bond and is due back in court on Feb. 13. 

Police are not releasing any further information about the incident due to the case involving a minor.
